Overview
Real Care Pathways believe that every young person deserves to be in a comfortable home environment where they can feel safe and thrive. All our accommodations are modern and offer a homely and welcoming feel where they will have the option to customise their private spaces according to their taste and character.

All basic necessities will be provided to the young people along with a welcome pack to give them a fresh start to their Independence pathway. We have a wide range of accommodation types ranging from Solo tenure to HMO shared placements. We use a careful formulation to ensure that young people placed together are best matched to ensure that they are all comfortable with each other as they embark on their new Journey.
Kitchen
The Kitchen is equipped with all utensils and appliances to ensure everyone can prepare their own food and help make the right food choices throughout the day. To cook and learn about nutrition and learn recipes.
Dining Room
The dining room area is the space where our young residence will enjoy their meals together or as an individual.
Outdoor Garden
The rear garden is a lovely opportunity to provide relaxation and a space to chill in. An opportunity to learn gardening as a skill is also an option and to maintain their own area of beauty.
Living Room
The living room space is created in a way that the young people feel comfortable, homely and to feel that they have a happy place to be, to relax and chill.
Bedrooms
The bedroom is made to feel warm and comfortable for our youth residence, with it being adequately furnished to provide secure storage for their personal belongings.
Local Areas
Our properties are situated in the county of Northamptonshire and here at Real Care Pathways, we understand the importance to be connected and feel safe getting from one place to another. We make sure that our homes are in easy reach of local amenities, which aid in the importance for development and well-being for our young people.
